Here is a great classic quiche recipe you can change up depending on what you have in your fridge. I use a store bought pie crust, so a delicious breakfast can be on the table in no time!If you like eggs, chances are you like quiches! They are so simple and easy to make, but they look so pretty and impress anyone you make it for. This classic quiche recipe is a great recipe to have because you can whip up a delicious brunch or breakfast for family and friends or it makes a nice gift to someone. Quiches are also great dishes to take to brunch or lunch events if you need one.

The thing I love

about this recipe is how customizable it can be. The base is easy, just eggs and heavy cream. Then you can toss in whatever cheeses (yes multiple), veggies or meat you have in the fridge. For this specific quiche I used some Parmesan cheese, cheddar, bacon and green onion. While you can make your own pie crust, you can totally just use a store bought one! I always use store bought pie crust because they taste great and they make life easy. The crust will cook with the eggs all together. When it comes to the cheeses you can use as little or as much as you would like (or have). If you have more than one or two kinds of cheese, make it a three cheese quiche! Or if you only have one cheese that's also okay, too. Whatever your cheese situation is like in your house this quiche will taste amazing. My one piece of advice for making a quiche is to let it cool slightly before cutting in! I cut into mine right when it came out of the oven and it was not set. The eggs will be cooked, but the cheese and eggs may not be set and it can look uncooked or runny. If you allow the quiche to sit for 5-10 minutes after it's done baking, it will firm up and be ready to cut.Happy Sunday everyone!!
