Chicken Poppyseed

What you need:
Shredded Chicken Breast
Cream of Chicken Soup
Sour Cream
Butter
Butter Crackers (like Ritz)
Poppyseeds
What to do:
Chicken poppyseed is as easy as can be. Just mix the chicken, cream of chicken and sour cream together and put it all in a baking dish. Then mix together the crushed crackers, butter and poppyseeds and sprinkle that mixture all over the top. It gets baked and then you can serve it with rice!Yes it's that easy with only that many ingredients to make a one of a kind dinner. Chicken Poppyseed
Shredded chicken baked in a creamy sauce topped with a buttery cracker and poppyseed crumble.
1.5 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve of buttery crackers, crushed (like Ritz)
1 tbsp poppyseeds
4 tbsp melted butter
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non stick spray.
In the baking dish, mix together the shredded chicken, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the crushed crackers, melted butter and poppyseeds. Sprinkle evenly all over the top of the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Serve over rice.
