Cheesy Egg, Bacon and Spinach Breakfast Sliders

This breakfast is a quick and yummy way to feed a crowd!All you need is to scramble some eggs and cook up some bacon, then begin layering!I used American cheese because it melts so well in this recipe and makes it so cheesy. Other cheeses will work as well!Then drizzle the melted butter over and try to wait for 15 minutes.

Cheesy Egg, Bacon and Spinach Breakfast Sliders

Easy breakfast sliders filled with eggs, bacon, cheese, and spinach.

  • 1 package of King's Hawaiin SweetRolls

  • 8 eggs, scrambled, salt and peppered

  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 6 slices of cheese

  • 1-2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 tbsp butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. With a serrated knife, slice the rolls horizontally in half. Keep the rolls attached together and lift the top off. Place the botton part of rolls in a baking dish.

  2. Layer the scrambled eggs, cheese slices, spinach, and crumbled bacon. Place the top layer of rolls on top. Melt the butter in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the rolls.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese it melted and the tops are brown. Remove from oven and serve hot.
