Deliciously seasoned, perfect black bean burgers piled high with all the burger fixins. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater, you will LOVE this recipe.I really think ANYONE would like this recipe. They make the perfect lunch by the pool for this Memorial Day Weekend and are a great option to change up the typical barbecue fair. I love these black bean burgers because you can actually use any bean you have in your pantry, so they are super easy to whip together. Kidney, chickpeas or pinto beans will taste just as good. Walnuts and breadcrumbs help create the filling and give these burgers a great texture. If you need a break from meat, want something a little lighter or just don't have any ground beef on hand, look no further for your new favorite black bean burger recipe!
