Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour.
11 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream together the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until well combined.
Mix in the egg and vanilla.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the almond flour and baking soda. Add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll 1-2 inch balls of dough and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes untilt he edges are slightly brown. Cool on wire rack.
