Freezer Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

No bake, 5 ingredient, peanut butter chocolate bars to keep in your freezer for a snack any time of day. And these are super clean, so you really can eat them any time of day. Even for breakfast.

So, just five ingredients away from having a perfect chocolatey healthy sweet snack AND I am confident you probably have all of the ingredients in your pantry right now. Peanut butter, oatmeal, maple syrup, vanilla, and chocolate. Did I mention you don't have to bake them?

Just blend everything together in a food processor or blender until it looks like this

And then press it into a pan.

Melt your PB and chocolate and spread on top. Stick it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and cut into bars. Done!

Freezer Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

No bake freezer peanut butter bars with a chocolate layer.

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter + 1 tbsp

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Blend the 1/2 cup of peanut butter, oatmeal, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a food processor until well combined.

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly to all edges.

  3. Melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter together for one minute in the microwave, stirring at 30 seconds.

  4. Pour melted chocolate over the top and spread evenly across.

  5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars. Store bars in freezer.
